Lucy Ann Gidley (Loveday)

Lucy Ann Loveday Gidley died October 28, 2005 after a short battle with cancer at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, S.C., with her husband and children by her side.  She was born October 16, 1950 in Newport, R.I., a daughter of the late Capt. John Carrell Loveday, USN Retired and Myrleen Koehl Loveday, formerly of Carmel Valley California.

 

Mrs Gidley climbed trees in Montgomery Alabama, surfed in Coronado, California, recorder Bob Dylan songs in Virginia, wrote poetry in Colorado, taught her babies to swim in Carmichaels, found true love in Morgantown, W....

Ray Lowstuter

While an obituary has not been located, below is information that has been found on our classmate:

Harry Raymond Lowstuter, IV was born in Washington D.C., and passed away in Arlington Virginia. Harry married Emily Margaret Rooney in June 1971 and was divorced.  He subsequently married Judy Donohue and lived in Annandale Virginia.

Harry's brother, Mark Christian Lowstuter (YHS Class of 9173) passed away in 2012.

Harry is buried in National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Virginia.

Pat Lyons

Patrick Aloysius Lyons was born in Spokane Washington, and passed away in San Francisco, California. He is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery in Spokane, Washington.

Rex Martin

Rex James Martin was born in Japan, and passed away in Annandale, Virginia from injuries sustained from an automobile accident.

Jody Trumble (Melcher)

Josephine Adelaide Le Gal (Jody) Melcher Trumble died of lung cancer on Friday, August 6, 2004, at her home in Vienna, Virginia. She was 55 years old at the time of her death.

 

Jody was the daughter of Wayne Lee Paul Melcher (1919-2003) and Victoria Adelaide Peters (1919-1999).  Her maternal grandparents were Herbert Erskine Peters ((1894-1989) and Josephine Adelaide Le Gal (1893-1948); paternal grandparents were Elbert Luke (Bert) Melcher (1886-1960) and Leota Blanche Lockhart (1895-1919).

Janice Adelle Metzler, 70, of Roswell died peacefully of Lewy-body dementia secondary to Parkinson’s disease on Sunday, May 24, 2020. Janice was born on February 22, 1950, to Mary Hodgins Metzler and Cuvier A. Metzler Jr. in Washington, D.C. A gifted artist, Janice was Assistant Director and longtime volunteer at Bulloch Hall. Kathleen A Johnson (O'Connell)

Kathleen A. Johnson, of Vienna, Virginia passed away on October 12, 2009. Beloved wife of Barry; loving mother of Anthony; daughter of the late John & Maxine O'Connell; sister of John, Chris & Tom.
