In March 2008, Jacquelyn Morgan Savage, age 57, passed away in her home on Huntridge Road in Cowan Heights, California. Jacquie was a licensed nurse practitioner who lived with and took care of her 87-year old father, a former Vietnam fighter pilot who suffers from Alzheimers. Her brother, who suffered from a mental disorder, was also found deceased in his bedroom in the house at the same time. It was unclear how she died since the autopsy didn’t indicate any foul play.

There are some moments in our lives that are indelibly imprinted in our memories. And one of those times is when we went to Ocean City during our high school years, and your car got stuck in the sand. Thank goodness for other classmates who pushed us out! We were staying in some flee-bag hotel - that's all we could afford and we were just happy to be there! I remember your smile, your kindness, your beauty and your friendship. You were special.
